A customer should have joy to write a review. They never asked but I can’t stop myself volunteer to drop this well deserved review.
A set of amazing professionals who are so good at their execution. Once you make your request on the number shared on their page, Mr. Rishi handles the game from there on. The entire team is so humble and down to earth. They are so transparent in their pricing and do proactively show the camera serial nos., hard drive product code and the amount of cables utilised for the job to ensure all these map to what they promised as per their delivery package.
They don’t mess the place and leave. Once job done, they make sure the dusts are cleaned as per customer needs.
Once the entire work is done , they don’t rush. They take all the time to explain you how to manage the software, the do’s and dont’s and let you try once in their presence. They are so approachable as well. Their response time is in minutes.
The entire process took me one day from request to execution! Yendra is setting completely a different level of customer experience !
